Aliona works with a variety of clients, families, professionals, and small to large-business owners who are looking to build a solid financial foundation for their future. She devotes her full time and attention to each of her client’s’ unique projects. She is passionate about people, their stories, and their experiences, and it is this passion that has always guided her professional life.

Aliona’s long career in the financial sector began in Moldova, a small Eastern European country known for its rich culture, oenological traditions (the science and study of wine), vineyards, and picturesque fields.

After leaving her native country 20 years ago, she undertook advanced studies in Canada. Aliona holds a certificate in financial planning from UQAM and has taken various financial courses and obtained accreditations from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI). She has gained extensive experience in investments and mortgages through her six years of work as a financial services manager at the National Bank.

The combination of her love for people, her deep desire to help clients manage their assets and liabilities, and her entrepreneurial aspiration encouraged her to leave the corporate world and become independent.

Since 2011, Aliona has assisted hundreds of clients in realizing their dreams, each project leaving a lasting mark on her professional life. This lifelong drive and commitment to helping her clients achieve their financial goals led her to found AVIE Financial Services, a place where clients can benefit from a personalized approach and independent advice that serves their best interests.

Rodica guides our clients through the process by helping them gather their documents, keeping them informed of the status of their applications, and contacting them regularly for follow-up appointments.

Outside of her career, she is dedicated to her two lovely daughters for whom she strives to be an example of determination and integrity. She enjoys reading self-growth books and engaging in various sports activities.
